Wow, i have never been to a place with such awful service. The person that helped me today could not have been more rude. I needed to send a package and have them generate a shipping label for it. She asked for a name, and I asked whose name she needed….the sender or the receiver. She said, “it doesn’t matter.” Then rolls her eyes and sighs. Then she asks for the address. I asked if she needed the sender or the receiver. She rolls her eyes again and says it does not matter because “it doesn’t show up anyway.” In the meantime she’s turning to her coworker next to her and whispering things under her breath and they both laugh….
Wow, I am sorry to have wanted to get the name and address correct on a shipping label. I’m sorry to have come in and inconvenienced her today by paying her to send a package. So sorry to have come in and had her do her job. I’ll know better next time.
This is a great place. Employees very friendly and helpful. I’ve been using this location for the past 4 years. They keep my delivery information on file. I just give them my phone number and they pull up my information and print out the label. They even make sure my packages are secure and put extra tape on the packages to make sure they are sealed.
I unfortunately went when the store was packed, I was pressed for time as I had dinner arrangements but I decided to sit and wait to see how fast the line moved and I’m glad I did. The clerks behind the desk were very quick and knowledgeable. Myself and the six patrons in front of me were done in less than ten minutes. Absolute pros at the UPS store. USPS needs to take notes and get their s*** together.
1st visit to this store. Walked in and only one customer before me done with his transaction but visiting with employees. So I said good morning but neither employee responded. They were both listening to a story given by previous customer. Finally one person said, I can help you but never took her eyes and ears off of the person telling story. She scanned my stuff and printed a receipt and handed to me without saying a word. Not horrible service but being attentive to your customers is important. she obviously was too busy to give me her full attention. Sad
So I said thank you and neither responded.
I am so grateful for the helpful workers at this UPS store. Always able to help me with whatever shipping needs I have. The only thing is I hope they are able to get more space soon because it always seems so cramped. ❤️
