  1. I love this mall it’s always clean, no drama great security and the selection is pretty good as in stores! They have Gymnastics which we attend and a new play place for kids with rides! The food court has a good selection and as always there is City Brew coffee and Cinnabon!! We go to the mall once a week at least!

  2. Random mall. There’s a huge Dillard’s. I love the h&m. The food isn’t so great, but they have a Cinnabon. There’s a candy store and lots of shoe stores. Not the best selection of clothes stores aside from h&m

  3. Very nice small mall without shopping limitations! Lol it’s clean, the staff at the shops we’re friendly and I just browsed most of the time. Only one thing to mention for a big lack of being clean is the outside around the building is a Big mess. I was disappointed because most of the time the mall is where everybody goes especially visitors from out of town and the landscaping is pristinely taken care of but for whatever reason for this negligence, the Administrator needs to address this issue, Now and don’t wait until Summer to do it because the longer that you leave it like it is the longer patrons will view that mess and possibly not come back. A businesses reputation relies heavily on Appearance, you can add a clean up to construction contracts if that’s the reason and there’s been so many nice days and that work could be done, the snows melting! Just saying, maybe you can put more emphasis on the outdoors of the Rimrock Mall. I’ll be going back, I didn’t have time for all of the shops even the quirky type! Lol, ya’ll have a great time at the mall. Oh, let me know how the food is, I didn’t have time to eat. Thanks!

  4. Hard to find anything. All signs point to Dillard’s, even if Dillard’s isn’t in that direction. I understand how anchor stores work, but if you’ve got signs pointing down a corridor to say which businesses are that way THEY SHOULD SAY WHAT BUSINESSES ARE ACTUALLY THERE. I do NOT need to know that Dillard’s is in a completely different corridor when I’m looking for Torrid FAR away from Dillard’s!!!!

  5. It’s a mall…kinda. I guess in the realm of things to do, this could constitute a place to shopping. But only if what you’re looking for is something that you can’t wait for Amazon or any other online retailer to ship to you for free in a couple of days.

Lots of shops and its clean. Needs an updated place for people to sit with media devices charging for phones etc. It has Scheels and a small arcade but a neat little free play area for little ones.

It’s a nice mall. Considering how malls are going out of style it was fun to go to a mall that wasn’t dead. Decent amount of people, and everyone was really nice. It was clean, and a decent amount of shops open. I do have one complaint. I have a disability. I can only walk for certain distances before having to sit down. I will give the mall credit for having plenty of seating, but my complaint is that there aren’t any carts to use while I’m there. Most malls I have been into do not, but as someone who tries to live the most normal life I can it would be nice to have littles carts I can drive around in. They do have little fun ones for kids. So I don’t see why there couldn’t be some for adults. Overall it was a fun experience for the family. If I could have a cart though it would allow me to stay longer which means I would end up spending more money there as well. Thanks for reading. Have a nice day!

Crazy at this time of the year. The local sale going on was amazing and fun to see all of the pop up shops with fresh veggies and hand crafted jewelry. The stores inside of the mall are all going downhill sadly. I hope that as the economy gets better that this also does. There are less and less stores open and very few places left to dine in at.

The mall as a whole is decent, though it is very small for the population and traffic of Missoula. I hope they someday somehow look into expanding this mall as it is very compact and busy. No chance of social distancing in the main alleyways of the mall. Was very tidy, Restroom was spotless, I always appreciate a clean store.

I vend at the Southgate mall, I like it, but the management is really focused on money sadly. But it’s a nice place, clean, and safe. I’ve yet to be stolen from, and see security, whom is a kind gentleman who doesn’t take his job too seriously, every hour or two.

Terrific staff! Everything was so nicely and warmly decorated. My boys loved watching the train sets. Then ad they sat with Santa, they were a challenge. We could not get any smiles but that did not keep the staff from continuing to try and they were trying Everything! Finally the book cracked the first smile and we got some amazing shots. Thank you for making it a special moment for my boys! ❤️

It’s a nice mall. It’s very small though, compared to where I came from, Buffalo New york. There are a few in the suburbs, and they’re huge. Otherwise though it’s a cute charming little mall. The prices at Macy’s are insane. I worked in the cosmetic department back in Buffalo years ago, and a bottle of Chanel would have been about $80. Now it’s $186! I was shocked at the way the people in the cosmetic department were dressed. One person had on black pants, winter boots, and a black and red flannel shirt. Never in a zillion years would you have seen somebody dressed that way in a cosmetic department in Buffalo.

There’s certain stores that need to be in a mall to be considered a mall. Spencer’s, GameStop, a pretzel place a few department stores and a hot topic. They got rid of hot topic. This is the first mall I’ve seen without one.

After conversing with an employee of the Gallatin valley Mall I proceeded to return towards the food cart which caused me to have to walk past the Santa Claus display and as I walked past the entrance of the storefront I turned around to see the employee which caused the infraction talking to me asking me if he could have a chance to apologize. At first I said that before he says anything I need to speak he nodded and complaints. I continue to say that I understand that they are running a private business and they are allowed to charge whatever fees that they see fit I acknowledged that fact and stated that whether that may be the case it is my duty as a parent to parent my children and describe the world as it is as I see fit I told the gentleman that what he told my children directly following what I told them directly negated what I was telling them and he took it upon himself to negate my parenting and what I said to my own children as false he then placed his hand on me although it was completely unwarranted and unwanted simple assault and battery I repeatedly told him not to touch me and that I was going to walk in the other direction and that he was to not follow me he did obey this directive
