The guy working this morning 8/20/22 was extremely rude….was sitting at a computer when I walked in, no good morning, hello nothing. After several minutes he said I’ll be right with you. Another 8 minutes went by. It wasn’t until 2 more people came in that he finally came to the counter. Said”what do you need.i had a box to be shipped to spectrum, i started to tell him they sent the box, no label and without saying a word he started cutting the box open, pulled out the contents, scanned the cable box, printed a paper , handed it to me and said”there” Absolutely RUDE! I will never go in again while he is working…Debbie is the nicest person and would never treat people with poor customer service. I will go in, only when she is there.
Great and fast service. A $1 to fax and if Amazon messes up as they always do they can quickly help and print it out for me. For a 1 or 2 bucks. Much cheeper than down state and I don’t have to run around and find a computer and printer. The guy is very friendly and pretty funny. Idk about these comments, but people love to bash other people because they feel entitled to be rude.
My wife was brought to tears because of an rude agent that works at this store. What a cruel person. So much for customer service. No patience at all. We won’t be using that UPS store again!
I was in the Alpena store, and watch an employee treat an elderly woman extremely rudely. The employee was very impatient with the customer. It was then my turn to be waited on by this rude employee. She showed me her same rude attitude as she showed the previous customer. Not all people are experts on Amazon returns. She treated me so rudely because I did not have my return properly ready to go. I left the store , and will request a label, and return it myself!
When I asked her what her name was, she became very defensive! Watch out for Debbie, when you go into the Alpena store. She was obliviously having a bad day, and taking it out on customers that are there to support her job!
First time customer and I should have read the reviews before I went. Yes the individual at the desk representing the UPS Company is quite a disgruntled individual. I would think UPS would look in to this and protect their brand. Get past the BS at the counter and the facility is very nice .
