  1. In a very large area, many things, from large items like furniture to small items necessary for real life, were displayed well. It was fun just looking around. The parking lot was spacious and easy to enter and from.

  2. Great but too busy. I noticed there’s allot of Asian people here I think they might have racist policy you never see any back people

  3. Fun to look around.
    The items displayed were attractive.
    The cafeteria was nice enough.
    The bakery was very good.

  4. You can literally get anything there!
Unfortunately, we krpt getting lost ?
My downside was the no cash policy

  5. From the moment I stepped into this store, I knew I was in for a treat. The store’s expansive layout and impeccable cleanliness created a welcoming ambiance. The wide array of products on display catered to every need, and the attentive and professional staff made the shopping process a breeze. The store’s trendy interior design and well-placed lighting enhanced the overall experience. I particularly enjoyed the ongoing sales and special events that provided fantastic deals. The quick checkout system and efficient delivery service saved me time and added convenience to my shopping. With their customer-friendly exchange and return policy, this store has become my go-to destination. I can’t recommend it enough.

I guess, Whoever used korean shopping style, they dont like IKEA. it won’t give a feel of shopping. Looks like product exhibition. Hard to walk inside the their products showcase. Also very narrow. Difficult to walk with crowd. There is no any staffs to get information. Can’t come out immediately. Difficult to find the exit. Parking is spacious. Food court really waste. There is no much menu. Taste is very poor.

This is a 1- level Ikea (unlike usa) attached to a “mini Lotte mall….my only complaint is it does not have as many “cut thrus” to get you thru the entire maze of shopping quickly! Haha…but very similar in design/layout and such. This store also has the Swedish foods, chocolates and serves soft ice cream but does NOT have the cinnamon rolls famously made in usa…anyway, good store and easy underground parking (just look for green lights for available spaces).

In addition to the IKEA, there is a Lotte Outlet in the same building. The food at the café has always been good. It does get busy on the weekends but this is normal. It seems most people just come to experience the store and get some design inspiration.

This is my first time visiting ikea for buying mattress and bed frame. It’s a heaven for decorating your house but of course it’s expensive. But it’s visually very attractive while walking through the place. Literally you can fine everything from furniture to bed to cooking. So great place.

Good family/kids area, even tho the play area and kids eating area aren’t open. Temperatures are checked by a surveillance camera as you walk into the display area on the 1st floor. Not many people were staying 1.5m apart, but everyone was required to wear a mask and was stopped if they weren’t wearing one or took it off. They have wireless charging stations and USB ports in the restaurant area. They also have an awesome family station where you can heat up water for formula, baby food, or breastmilk. Plus some kids utensils (plastic and metal) and paper bibs (tho my 8 month old decided hers was more fun to rip up than wear). The nursing/baby room is also really cool. There is stroller parking inside with 2 diaper changing stations, 6 nursing rooms, and a water purifier that has hot and cold water. Only downside today was that the women’s restroom was all out of soap.

It was a really nice store. The signs were a big help and the interior decoration nooks were beautiful. I felt very inspired as I walked around the store. And the Swedish meatballs???!!! Amazing
