  1. Great target location. They’re remodeling the store and it seems that along with the new look they’re adding even more options to their inventory. However, the construction taking place inside might disrupt the shopping experience a bit.

  2. Recently this store revamped the grocery section of the store. The grocery part was smaller after the revamp which did not impress us. They could do more organic fruit and vegetables and less in the alcohol department. They offer 5 cents per bag, if you use your own bags. Also the 5% discount with a target credit card is nice. Target circle offers many discounts. We also get our vaccine shots at the target pharmacy which is convenient for us.

  3. I did an order pickup and half the food was molded or expired. The food that was not expired still had a strange smell to it deeming it unsafe to eat. Returned nearly everything and was told I could get a refund in my card in about a week or get a Target gift card. As a full time worker and full time student, trying to make life a little easier by picking up groceries, this was an awful experience. I don’t plan on using this location anymore if any and apparently will not be buying groceries ANYWHERE for an entire week due to their return policy. The employee who helped was a kind young girl, who I appreciate for helping, but end of day leaving with out groceries and a hope that my money will be returned asap.

  4. Huge location. They have a large selection of items. Grocery section is bigger than other targets. You won’t find everything you need but the essentials are there. Customer service was pleasant and helped me out quickly when returning an item I had purchased at a different Target location.

  5. Cashier Lauren was super helpful and friendly. Little to no wait time at checkout. I found everything I needed!

I came into this location to see if I can find an item that I wanted. Unfortunately I didn’t find the item at this location and it looked like it was hit by a tornado! For this location being a Super Target I think that I will just stay going to the smaller stores as they are cleaner and stocked better. Maybe it will get better if they have a surprise visit from corporate. They have alot of parking with wheelchair accessibility.

Not quite sure what has happened to this location, but it has become a complete disaster in the past 3 months. You cannot walk through any of the clothing areas without stepping on clothes. Also apparently the refrigerators are leaking, which makes me worry if they are keeping the food cooled to the correct temperature. Upper management NEEDs to get involved, something is wrong at this target, as it’s one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to.

Update: I had the misfortune to visit this location again on November 27th. Squalor is the best word to describe what I saw today. This place looks more like a ransacked Ross than a Target. Actually, the Ross a few doors down is in better shape. Terrible.

This location continues to be hot garbage – especially when compared to the other Targets in town. The Bandera/1604 location makes this one look 3rd world. (And have you been to the Blanco store?!?! 😲) Seriously, what the heck is going on? Who’s managing this place? How is corporate okay with this representing their brand? Keep the one-star reviews coming folks. We need a change in Alamo Ranch.

Totally disgusted by the Alamo Ranch location. Trash all around the cart area and the inside of the store is just as bad. Aisles and shelves were all in disarray!! No employees around cleaning the store and when I pointed out the trash laying around no one seemed to care. Shrugged shoulders by an employee and walked away when I asked for a manager.
SMH Target and its staff!!! Clean up the store and make it look like a welcoming department store.

This Target is insane, it’s a bit of a drive from my home and honestly the last time I’ll be shopping at this location. It’s hard to hold the mess it is against the staff as the RESIDENTS of Alamo Ranch ARE the reason this place is a hot mess. Went yesterday and even if the replenishment team is doing their best the customers lack full manners. I’ve never seen stuff thrown around like this. The restroom is consistently abhorrent, I get it no one likes cleaning a public restroom but even before the Pandemic is was disgusting.

I have never been in a target that is sooo messy, a lot of stuff on the floors, the area of clothing is very messy, the people working in there are friendly and they’re working, but I think the problem is the customers that don’t have an inch of respect for them. Sad

This is a very spacious, very clean store with a friendly and helpful staff! The grocery side and food here is better than any other Target I’ve been to. My only criticism about this store would be that household items aren’t fully stocked or missing, and after several days aren’t restocked when the stuff on the shelves or pegs has been sold. This could be due to staff shortages or the supply chain because of covid, I’m not sure, but some thing aren’t getting replenished or re-ordered and I’m not sure why. I do love this store though, and I hope it continues to get better with time!

Always enjoy coming to Target. I appreciate how they are keeping up with modern design of their store as well as there products. They had what I needed for this trip and almost always have what I’m looking for. The cafe is neat, but people seem to steal a lot from it (please don’t be that kind of person). The restrooms were clean. The staff was exceedingly helpful.

Lily in the children’s clothing section was an absolutely phenomenal example of excellent customer service today. I asked her where the school supplies were and without hesitation she walked me all the way over there and pointed to exactly what I was looking for. It’s a busy week but you wouldn’t know it by her service and sunny disposition. Many thanks to her!

It’s a good Target. I am not giving a full write-up on a Target, though. This one is your average Target, which is to say it is a bit overpriced compared to Wal-Mart for the same cheap foreign made junk. But people think that it is more upscale, so they pay extra for that delusion. Sorry Target, I still shop at Target enough, though, but selling quality American products would be better. I know you sell what people buy, shame on me and the rest of us, I guess.
