This is a decent Target. Well stocked. I didn’t have any issues finding what I needed.
So, why the 3 stars? You have to pay for parking! I have never been to a Target in this country that did not provide free parking for its patrons, regardless if it’s in a garage or a lot, it’s free! I bypassed the one in south beach thinking I was avoiding a parking situation to come to this one and what did I face? A parking situation. This Target is also at a very busy intersection, so the traffic is insane. What should take minutes to do can easily take a half an hour.
It’s not worth the hassle.

We just came out of the Black Friday weekend and are starting the Christmas madness and every single employee is kind, patient and happy to help. The store is stocked and mostly under control. But I’m mostly happy with the customer service. There are very few places in Miami (that have high traffic) that have great customer service. They constantly miss items or will put the wrong item in the order. Conveniently, it’s always a cheaper product than what I ordered and paid for. I understand that mistakes happen, but they shouldn’t happen all. the. time. Not only do they take forever, even during non-peak hours, but more than one occasion I’ve had to go in the store and deal with their less-than-courteous customer service team to fix the issue. This turns what should be a 15 min drive up order into an hour long ordeal. It’s a target. Who doesn’t like target. However, I was a little surprised I still couldn’t try on clothes. But the last I asked, was so kind about their policy and had a great suggestion for me, and the lady at the checkout, Jenny, was beyond awesome. She was very patient with my son who wanted to buy his own legos.
Target at 10101 West Flagler Street has been out of many items for some time now. They used to have a specific bread – placed in baskets – brought in every day but it has not had it for weeks now. Customers have to ring and bagged their own items as it is getting rid of cashiers. Prices are high while customers have no service.
The store was very busy yet the staff was all working as a team. Very efficient, polite, and respectful. Look, there are some things that are out of my control at my job and I understand the same can happen while shopping anywhere. I’m not going to blame the staff because I couldn’t get through on the phone or the store is out of stock for something.
This store is clean, seemed to be stocked, and the staff were really helpful.
One would think that in the 21st century, and in a first-world country you could call a store and have someone answer the phone, but apparently that is not the case. If you’re trying to reach the electronics department to inquire about stock (online stock is not always accurate) or place an item on hold, good luck to you. The call will ring for about 5 minutes, nobody will answer, and it will then hang up. This needs to be resolved, it seems to be a trend lately amongst many Target stores.
Customer service at this location is phenomenal! Nat in particular is absolutely fantastic. I really love this target and rarely go to any other location but this one
