Although this target is smaller than others staff here are always welcoming and ready to help. I usually purchase online and do in store pickups for less common items. MOD Luiza was really really helpful yesterday with a complicated return I had. Very knowledgeable and patient with me!By Kate C (6 months ago)Worst target experience I’ve ever had hands down. I was planning a day of errands so to save time I placed an order for drive-up pick-up (which means I’m charged right when the order is placed). Yet 4 hours later I still hadn’t gotten a notification that it was ready… I was running out of time for my errands and thought it might be a glitch so I just went into the store where a customer service rep, while very kind, said she couldn’t help me? I’d have to come back in a few hours? No thanks… I asked if I could just go get the items myself, and she said yes, so I did just that. Then when I went back to validate my items before waking out of the store, she told me I’d have to cancel my order and then charged me again. So… because your store was slow to get my items, I have to pay AGAIN and wait for the other money to go back on my card … Why could she not pretend that a target employee got the items and fulfilled my order? I’m sure it wasn’t her policy which is why I walked right out to my car to write this horrible review. Target, I have 2 closing remarks, 1. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. 2. If a customer solves their own problem that you caused, maybe you should let them. This whole experience has left a horrible taste in my mouth and I will be avoiding your stores for the foreseeable future.By Katherine Diamond (3 months ago)Usually I’m never the person to leave reviews but my experience at Target was spectacular due to a young gentleman named Norman Corggens….yes I know his last name because I was so stunned by his customer service. I’m from out and needed so much much with me and my 5 kids. He literally pushed my cart with baby and showed me the exact items I was looking for. Target you should really be happy with this worker. Hispanic Girl who took my in progress receipt while I got another item, re-rang up items to check price in collusion with black boys and manager at customer service, and I saw them passing the bag when I returned 20 mins later. This actually ending up reducing the total price when she scanned the receipt barcode after I returned (price when I returned was less than when I paused the transaction, and they couldn’t account for the fact that they didn’t have access to my target app wallet code) . this target is HUGE! i always go here when i need to get a plethora of things. they always have it in stock. there’s a starbucks and a ulta in the beauty area. which i thought was so cool. the toy area is also huge. i wish the boys section had more of a variety but maybe it’s the season? you can find wine and adult beverages here. it’s really like a one stop shop and reminds me of ikea because it feels like a maze of everything you want to buy. go on a day you can enjoy a slow shopping trip.By Stephanie Joseph (6 months ago)I enjoy Target because there are a variety of items that i can shop for. at a reasonable price. Much of my clothing has come from here, as well as many household towels, terrific fitted bedsheets, and all manner of household paper and cleaning goods, health care items, etc. Terrific “we have everything” store. I go to straight up hardware stores like Ace/True Value for general hardware items or gardening gear, but to Target for many things. The house brand Up & Up is a reliable, quality line of all sorts of things. Example: I sometimes prefer Up & Up hand lotion, toilet paper, and some other health items to “name” brands.By OspreyD40 (3 months ago)It’s a great Target location with good selection of items and spacious parking lot. The carts on this location could use renewal as many of them are not as smooth as they should be. But this is not what I’m giving it one star. It’s because we recently had an awful experience in this branch with a representative names “Angela”. She claimed to be the branch manager and that she has no supervisor or boss. She even said I’m the CEO of Target so there is nothing we can do or no one to talk to. She was very rude and bullied us out of the branch. We have been going there for more than two years. They severely understaff the manned checkout line.
Which is fine – but there are plenty of items that require the manned checkout. It took me 30 minutes to buy a single pack of razor cartridges

This is a great location for a TARGET right near Fenway Park and the college kids totally DESTROY this place when it comes to moving back into school for the school season. You name it, this TARGET is great for food, clothes, T.V.s, pillows, etc. GREAT STORE!
Target is great they have clothing and fresh produce plus the people are always friendly . I enjoy the fact it’s so close to me. Such a blessing, very nice store and clean . The bathrooms are always cleaned and stocked . People don’t hover around you .They are nice and I like the atmosphere . Please keep it up . Friendly but not over bearing.
As a New Yorker I appreciate the wine aisle. The cosmetics aisle was also nicer than the average Target’s. Our cart got stuck on the way up the escalator but an associate came by to help us right away. Come earlier to get your college essentials. This place tends to get wiped out quickly.
This target is massive and is present in a really vibrant locality.
As expected, you are likely to find stuff which you may not find in other target stores but I found searching for what I wanted extremely hard as it’s so huge.
It is located at a very convenient place. The store is very spacious with 2 floors. Only drawback is, it took me around 10min at checkout. (Maybe because it was on weekend). Otherwise the price is fair and collection is great.
