Great store to go to for one stop shopping. Clean, great products, decent service.
I love how they’ve extended their African-American hair products section and we now have an entire side of an aisle dedicated to our hair needs!
This is great so we can continue to have beautiful, natural, healthy hair going forward.

1st store pickup at this inclompetent store was inside. I specifically told the cashier, to NOT let my daughter see the gift….she brings it to me from behind the counter walking in front of my daughter with the bag OPEN and my daughter yells… that’s Miss Glam LOL doll. I was soo upset!!!! I couldn’t say anything because I would have caused such a scene!!!!
Next day…I decided to purchase another LOL doll my daughter really liked and the only Target store which had it in stock was this Orange CT Target. So I said, there was no way they could screw up Drive Up pickup…and when I arrived to the parking space, I lifted my trunk so the staff could put it in the back of my SUV. Simple right? NOT for this store.
The staff passes the open trunk and brings the darn doll to my
drivers seat window with the ….. doll in NO BAG AT ALL.
My daughter says from the backseat…”okay…I’m gonna just pretend I didn’t see that one too!”
I was HORRIFIED AND MADE HIM HOLD IT SO I COULD TAKE PICTURES.
Mind you that the other packages are in a bag and some folded down. I just couldn’t understand it.If I can help it, I will never go back to this store. And I am extra irritated because I purchased a special wrapping and bow to elevate the surprise that was SUPPOSED to be wrapped extra pretty as a consolations for not buying any big ticket items due to the economy and inflation. Thanks Orange Target for ruining both of these gifts.
Not to mention I visited 4 Targets tonight, dreadful Orange, Hawley Lane, Trumbull West, and N. Haven. All but Orange had stellar service which is probably why they were sold out of the items in demand and this one wasnt.
I stopped shopping at Walmart YEARS ago because of their lack of customer service. Target is my happy place. I can relax and shop at the same time. This is a one stop shop for beddings, clothings and life style product. The workers were really friendly and courteous. I also noticed the prices are very moderate. I totally get that we are all short staffed and we’re running low on items, but this was out in the open in the produce, and I just bought raspberries that looked fine and at the bottom they’re covered in mold. They had 4 people checking inventory on kid shoes while this sat out…..Then I check out with over 100$ in items and no one says anything about bags. I say “do you have bags?” And he just says “no”. I loaded everything into my car without them. A warning would have been nice and I would of bought a reusable one.By Megan adam (5 months ago)They need to hire more staff. If I could give 0 stars I would. Dirty, trashed merch. Cases of boxed inventory and nothing on the shelves.
Had a hard time finding what I needed and getting checked out – I’m disabled and pretty much all the time is a hard time – but Ashley really went above and beyond, 11/3 at 300pm in the self checkouts.
I could tell she was crazy busy but she came back and helped me with a smile on her face three times in a row – no frustration, no huff, just a friendly human being doing their best.
Might have been a small thing to her, but if you’re struggling every little bit helps.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! If I could leave negative stars, I would. This store is FILTHY!! The shelves are completely empty and the staff could not care less about customer service. They had 2 lanes open and the lines were crazy long. The cashier in my lane had this look on her face as if she was doing the customers a favor by being there. She spoke not one word to any customer! When it was finally my turn, I used a credit card that prompted for a pin (this is a corporate card that I don’t have a pin for), when I asked her how do I bypass the pin, she looked at me (as of how dare I speak to her) and then shrugged her shoulders and turned her head to look away. I will NEVER return to this store. I will also be contacting corporate as this is clearly not a one off experience based on other reviews.
Ordered online to save money instead of buying in-store. They told me it would take two hours it took over four. I went to the store to see if it was ready. It was not. I waited over an hour in the store, Which was over three hours since I ordered it online. I asked if they can grab the item I bought. They said they cannot and they were not able to communicate with the department that picks up the products and brings them to the service desk to pick up. That is absolutely ridiculous that they can’t communicate between departments in the same store. I must say the employees were very nice but weren’t helpful And it’s not their fault. It’s targets fault. Target do a better job.
I was just in your store today when I went to check out the lines were down to the grocery section. This is completely unacceptable. Who is managing this store and where were they?! There were 5 cashier’s open plus the self checkouts. I was in there for an hour and a half before I left my full carriage behind along with the other carriages full of restock that are sitting in the aisles. Your store needs more management and supervision by people who are more competent.
