Again, this target is full of all kind of clothing and home decor in this store. We usually go to fairmont or Clay but this one was big and decent.

The return I had to do was seamless, quick and the staff was phenomenal. Store is super clean, I just wish target was in more areas close to where I work so I could run there in lunch! Yes, I missed the email that told me I needed to pick it up by the end of yesterday because I ordered it at noon the day prior, so why would I possibly expect this cancellation? Manager who helped me was a hero, despite me being cranky to start. Great job to her and the other staff around pickup today. Target, on the other hand, you’re getting more and more terrible like every other greedy, understaffed, cut from the bottom, exploitative companies. Very nice store with nice employees. However, lots of their shelves were not stocked and were low. I understand they can only keep up so much but I still find it to be an issue. But over all I have always had good experience at this store. There are things that are out of stock but they are remodeling. So that is expected and they are very busy store. The customer service center is very helpful the few times I’ve used it. Over all my experience here is usually a positive and I typically find what I need. It is my go to Target store. They have dropped many products, and appear to model their new store on an inner-city Walmart concept. I like target. However, I have a physical disability. I use the riding carts. Targets isles are too narrow and full to be able to get through. I wasn’t able to do much shopping because I could not get to Items. One worker rolled her eyes at me when I tried to get by. I had to ask her to please let me through and then I thanked her but she had nothing to say, so I thanked her again and she said I already said you’re welcome. She had not and was quite rude. People aren’t always nice to people with disabilities. No one At the store knows anything. I asked where two items were, and I was sent all over the place by three people telling me the wrong areas. I think they give you an answer just to make you go away. Then when I asked how much over I could write a check, I spoke to six people and no one knew, So I could not do it. My card was hacked and I have no choice right now but write checks until I get a new card. Not allowed with target because they don’t know how.
This was the first time I did the in-store pick up/ordering online. It was great. I received the correct items that I ordered and the whole process was easy, fast and very convenient. I was able to order what I needed and pick it up after work. Will do this again and again!
