I’ve never had a bad experience going to Target. My last time here was particularly enjoyable. Kala was being extra helpful in making the customers feel welcomed and asking if they needed help with anything. Whatever she’s being paid, it’s not enough. She deserves a raise. Tammy was helpful too when the machine I was at was being uncooperative. She had a very perky attitude as well.By Devin Carden (4 months ago)I live here. Seriously. Who doesn’t love Target?! This store, in particular is very clean, usually stocked up well. As busy as it gets the workers handle it extremely well and I appreciate you!By Kylie Peebles (2 months ago)I find this to be the Target I hate visiting the most, in all of the Birmingham area. The actual cashiers and team members restocking the shelves are often pleasant. But those in Customer Service and some managing Self-Checkout machines are incredibly rude. They will stand there, in clusters, and talk about you among each other. I’ve seen the same girl – in CS – shake her head, “No”, when asked to come over and assist anyone at the register. Not just with me, but anyone asking about their receipt. Or when someone needs help fixing something. I’ve never gotten any resolution with the CS team. However, when I call the Customer Service number for Target, not only is the problem resolved in under 10 minutes – I’ve been asked, repeatedly, why the store didn’t handle it. Really, really, bad customer service reps here.By CM D (3 months ago)THE MOST BEAUTIFUL TARGET I HAVE EVER SEEN. My husband works for the company so we’ve been to many locations in GA and AL. This is the #1 Target store I have ever seen. This trip was for groceries. The grocery section, specifically produce, was glorious!!! This says alot, from the employment side of Target, we’ve noticed that the grocery department tends to be the side of the store that isnt the best. However this definitely isnt the case here! Fully stocked, so many choices, great quality and so clean! I can’t say anything bad about any of the visits I’ve had at this location. I drive 20-30 minutes just to go to this Target instead of the 3 that are actually closer to where we live because it’s so great. I’ve done 1 opu (online pick up) order here so far and it was great too. They didn’t short pick any items or sub them, it was on time (within the 2 hour window) and delivered to my car quickly. I can’t recommend this store more!!! Please go! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!By Caitlyn Jones (4 months ago)As a former employee of the company I get that some customers are irritated by a lack of product but they need to understand that supply or lack thereof is not the store’s fault but rather the Distribution Center’s. Moreover, most stores are understaffed or aren’t given enough payroll so alot of the product isn’t able to make it out onto the floor in a timely manner. Is every staff perfect? Of course not but if you want to be upset, direct your anger at corporate not the stores themselves.By Gen 0 (2 months ago)

Clean and well- stocked. Friendly and helpful staff. They didn’t carry a couple of basic items that I can generally find anywhere else, so I had to go to another store. (Only reason it’s not 5 stars:)By April McLeod (3 months ago)Whatever happened to customer, went to target’s to get a lamp. 98% of the lamps were not in the place they were supposed to be at. The price where the lamps said $25 or $35, when scanning them they said something different and could not fine where the name was. I ask the girl at the self check out and basically she couldn’t honor it. She said if I had a picture, so we showed the picture and nothing. So I asked for the manager and told her that none of the lamps are not where they are suppose to go and can’t find. Someone was suppose to come over there and nothing. If you know they are like that why not put a sign or take them off the shelf. What happened to honoring a price or they just chose not too. Neither one one of them tried.By Lakisha Paulding (a week ago)The drive up at the 280 Target consistently takes 15-20+ minutes. In most cases, I could go inside and shop the items and checkout myself before my items I ordered are brought to my car. There are always a lot cars here also waiting to pick up their orders and half the time cars either leave or go inside to pick up at the counter because they grow tired of waiting. There is always only one guy working drive up by himself.I understand they were trying extra busy around the holidays and they’re understaffed, but this happens every week day I do a drive up, no matter the day or time.By Ally C (a month ago)THE HWY 280, 35242, STORE IS SO NICE AND KEPT SO CLEAN, AND THE KARTS ANT PARKING LOT IS BGREATLY CLEAN, HOWEVER, THERE ARE NO DECENT PRODUCTS STOCKEDCIN THIS STORE ANY MORE. NO MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, NO ELECTRONICS HARDLY, NO DIGITAL CLOCKS, AND A BUNCH OF EMPTY SHELF SPACE. They used to carry more fun electronics at a good price 10 years ago. But its better than Brookwood Mall which is a dark dead mall now.By J G (2 months ago)Like most Targets, this store has excellent customer service and an ample variety of goods, groceries, and clothing. Also like most Targets, they’re a little more expensive than I’d like, but I still prefer shopping here.By Casey Gewirtzman (2 months ago)

Oh yes – a Target with 1st floor parking and 2nd floor store!! Always super tidy and organized at this location. I prefer this type of layout because you won’t have to worry about being caught in the rain with sheltered parking. Nice & convenient location too! Starbucks inside.
Two story nice parking in garage but elevator to get your items out. Not good school supplies compared to other stores. Nice store ride escalator up down unless have a cart ride elevators.
This location the workers are very welcoming & nice.
I don’t like the fact how recently you have to wait in line like at WalMart. It takes a minute for them to call for back up on front end. Other then that this is my favorite 2nd favorite target location. My children and I pretty live in here. We visit at least once a week.
I like target for the simple fact that it’s clean, organized and you can get checked out pretty quickly. Never had a problem with over crowding just prices are a little more expensive.
I ALWAYS enjoy a good Target run. This store is consistent in keeping their shelves stocked, so I was able to find all of the items on my list. And I appreciate it. Also, the store location is convenient to my home. And the store was not too crowded.
