Melissa and her helper were very accommodating and helpful. She had my posters done within 1 day- 3 days sooner than what I expected and they looked so good! Her customer service went above and beyond!
They just charged me for a amazon return. I thought that was supposed to be free but not according to them, they charge 3$ and when I questioned it the gentleman behind the counter gave me a very unprofessional response of “talk to my boss I dont set the prices” and after I paid it told me to “go to the library where its free”.
Melissa was fantastic. She helped me to understand how to print labels. Every time I need to ship anything this is where I go. They are always so nice and helpful.
2 of my last 3 trips to North Platte just to go here have been a waste. Apparently it’s easier to change the business hours on the sign hanging in the window than it is to change them online. Thankfully fuel is so cheap it’s nearly free or I’d be really irritated .
This used to be my go to place but not anymore. 1st time I took in a package with a label , my tape wasn’t sticking charged me $2 to tape it ( the post office has never charged me). 2nd time the employee was very rude, acted like I was bothering them. 3rd time I was told to take my item there with the shipping label and no charge to me, the employee told me I had to buy a $3.99 bag to ship it , I left there went to another place they took it gave me a receipt (no charge) and said thank you have a nice day.
