So before today my experience with UPS has been awful to say it nicely. Our packages arr delivered to the other side of town 9 out of 10 times. But today Sept 10,2021 week were expecting a package that was supposed to be here the 8th. The young lady who answered at the shipping and receiving office was helpful. But the delivery driver who name is Tracy went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us our package. Thank you so much Sir!
Have been ordering packages and 2 were supposed to arrive and only one arrived. I called a couple times and have been told they would call me back and nobody called back. The last guy said he would have a manager call me because apparently my tracking number doesn’t exist when I’m still able to pull it up. And still no call. I also believe the delivery driver may be a thief. I heard the First Lady I talked to call the driver and she said she left 2 packages at my door. When I got home there was only one from ups and I had one from fedex and the smaller package was gone. If there was a thief in my building I’m pretty sure they would’ve taken all the packages and not the smallest one. I’ve lived here a while and have not had any packages disappear before. My neighbors told me they deliver their packages to the wrong place all the time. But I heard the driver say she left both at my house. The package was small enough for her to stick in her coat. She’s lucky it was only a phone case and screen protectors or I would have reported her to the police. If my other packages disappear I will be reporting this place because apparently it’s only happening with the UPS packages that are getting delivered. They have left my packages far from my door and on the stairs as well, thankfully I got it before anybody else did. I guess don’t order stuff if it’s being sent by UPS if you live around here.
Great Coustomer service. They went above and beyond to assist me getting a package pull off a truck before it left because it needed a signature and I would not be around to sign for it later in the afternoon.
I would give NEGATIVE 10 stars if that were the option. Delivery keeps getting rescheduled and Im MISSING WorK sick of babysitting the door. UPDATE. Your drivers are all VERY NICE but this delay was sooo time consuming and expensive.
The people who work here are very helpful and know what they are doing so it dosen’t take long to get your packages sent. Very nice people.
