  This was an interesting experience. When I visited I wasn’t feeling my best and I did notice that I really didn’t see any Black people there (to be specific I only saw like one Black person in a store my whole trip and one Black athlete in the airport as I was leaving at first and maybe another Black person)… I wasn’t scared or anything but I understand the next time I visit I might need to bring a sibling or an acquaintance (especially to go mountain climbing etc.). The airport here hands down is the most BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED airport I’ve seen SO FAR. It has that natural feeling and ambiance which makes you feel comfortable. Most people were nice to me 🤷🏾‍♀️ and I didn’t feel threatened but I still felt out of place.

  This is a cute Log Cabin feel small town Americana airport packed with kind people willing to help you. If you are flying in or out of Bozeman airport you will be very happy. Plenty of stores to shop in if you arrive early. I went through at 6am and stores where open.

  Never reviewed an airport, but DAMN is it a pretty airport! Decent food options, but unfortunately no good places to lay down if you’re staying overnight. The wooden decor is just ridiculous

  Another lovely MT airport. With fireplace cozy seating and holiday decor that is pretty cute. Very clean and actually an inviting atmosphere. Multiple airlines and rental car agencies. Easy walk to Uber/lyfts. Free parking right out front for an hour I believe. Easy access off the freeway just a few miles outside of Bozeman.

  Nicely laid out airport. There are a couple of decent restaurants past security. The views of the mountains are spectacular. Like in many airports, the security line could have been run more smoothly but all in all a good airport experience. We had a nice lunch at the Copper Horse before our flight.

  Billings-Logan International Airport is a small airport that is easy to get in and out of. It is going through a significant renovation. The updates are really nice and helping to modernize an outdated airport. If you are looking to visit Montana and do some fly-fishing, this is a great airport.

  I love the new addition and gates. Small airport with friendly empmoueest, easy to get in and out of. My only issue is that they don’t have any tables to work at or USB charge ports in the seating areas.

  As far as airports go the Billings is pretty nice, quick and easy to get through security and the facilities were modern and clean. Easy to navigate.

  Ok so this airport has new departure gates which includes very nice, well-lighted new waiting areas. Even a bar. Yet, hello… The seats in A near United do NOT have outlets for charging except against the exterior wall. WOW what a ridiculous oversight.

  The world could learn a thing or two about public restrooms at this airport. Every toilet gets its own room with a sink. It’s amazing. The rest of the airport is pretty small with little to offer in the way of services, but those bathrooms… *chef’s kiss*

  Great little airport! Clean, organized, and well managed. One employee in particular went above and beyond in helping me get a stamp for a postcard that I wanted to mail out. He not only was friendly and helpful, but he got me a stamp and put the postcard in the outgoing mail for me! Who does that nowadays?!?! Beyond helpful and courteous! Our world needs more people like Kelly.

  This issues may be related to the airline I flew with. I have been flying United for a long time and never encountered this issue before. We spent almost all of our 2hrs before boarding waiting to be checked in/bag checked. We used United Checkin kiosk(which I have done in the past), and then got in line. However the staff at the desk were not taking people by the order of the line but calling people by their name, based on when the bag ticket printed. And not acknowledging people who had already completed the kiosk. It was backwards and inefficient. When I got to the counter I was told “I haven’t called your name yet.” It was beyond me why they couldn’t just use the computer. Once I moved to another line I got help. Not sure if it was an issue with the kiosk, staff, or both. I expect better from United. I’ve never encountered this from them before at any other airport. I’d give the security/TSA 5 stars for being pleasant and efficient.

  This 5 stars is specifically for the guy who does deliveries. My airline delayed my bag and I had to have it delivered. It landed at 1:30pm and their delivery guy had it delivered to my address (2 1/2 hours out of Missoula) within 8 hours. I don’t know his name but he’s awesome and he deserves a raise!

  Amazing compared to the large airports like Denver and Dallas-Fort Worth. Beautiful little airport with coffee shop, bar, and one baggage claim. Also you can see the doors out when you disembark.
