  Always I have great experience in any Pilot branch. Yesterday was different, It wasn’t by fault of any pilot workers. It was for a dumb driver, who parked the truck on the scale, while he was taken a breakfast at the Wendy restaurant. By fault of these guy I wasted the exact 30 minute window to get on time to the delivery location. This guy lack of common sense.

  Stopped in to get a shower, Fuel & a truck wash across the street. Arrived at 6pm & parking was already full but only waited about 3 minutes before my shower was ready, even though the app said there were 3 people ahead of me.
  Shower itself was the cleanest I’ve had at any truck stop in a very long time(Pilot Flying J, or otherwise). Surprisingly, there wasn’t even calcium or mineral deposits on the shower head or handle. Just spotless & shiny chrome! Water pressure was excellent,too! Props to the younger guy taking care of the showers, He needs a raise for going above & beyond his job responsibilities!
  Definitely marking this as a must visit again location & FYI… the Streakin Beacon & “Shawn” did an awesome job on my truck as well

  The ladies and gentleman working the register are great if you just talk to them.. them seem angry, but if they have to work with these drivers, give them a break and ask how their day is…
  I’m a TD wife and was taking a shower I guess by supply closet dead end hall. These workers or a working talking to a driver about things that were not good, very loud and was not feeling very safe at the moment. My husband was around the corner taking his shower. I was not coming out until they were gone.
  The shower room looked clean until you get in shower and see old grey hairs on the hand held nozzle.. this is why you don’t use them.. shower with your crocs on.. spray with lysol because yeah.. blah.. vomit in mouth

  I’d bypass this location if I could. The restrooms are not well maintained. Trash on the floor, towel dispensers were either empty or not working. Absolutely no hot food prepared and with no trays in the warmers you can tell nothing was gonna be cooked. And all of this is going on while 3 employees are stand in a huddle having a conversation. And by the look of other reviewers this is all common practice. The one bright spot is there’s a security guard that helped direct me to an open spot. Thank you that was greatly appreciated.

  This nice large gas station on the edge of town is very clean and has very nice staff. I also like to see that there is a nice police presence there to. Only 4 stars because of the traffic pattern. It’s easy to get into the pumps, but getting out in moderate to heavy traffic sucks. Both in the parking lot and getting back onto towanda barnes roads you’ve got to pay attention.

  As gas stations go, this one is pretty good. We pay at the pump, they offer diesel, it’s well lit, there’s a carwash next to it, and the fuel is competitively priced. They’ve recently changed the lights outside, and they’re a bit difficult to like (too strong, LEDs, and too yellow in the spectrum) but you can see at all hours, so there’s that.
