I was asked to go immediately to the Swansea branch where I was met with confident staff who quickly took all of the details of the emergency. I was told exactly what the plan was, the prognosis, time scale and all costs. The Reception staff handled all the insurance information and with a small admin fee will do all the hard work for us. After a negative experience many years ago I was really thankful and pleased to be met with a team who handled everything with knowledge and kindness. Thank you to everyone at Swansea Vets Now from Pumpkin 🧡 & family

My cat got very sick and needed urgent care. She’s still undergoing treatment but the staff have been amazing. They have worked really hard to try and give her the best chance possible. And they didn’t give up even when the outcome looked really bleak. Thanks to the staff, there is now a chance I may be able to bring my girl home in a few days.

I am after two years still suffering after the way my sweet sweet girl was treated. I am suffering from PTSD and dread every Saturday . I pray to God I never have to use their services ever again. The vets there were appalling and at one point sniggered when about to put my dog to sleep. I will never forgive myself for making that phonecall to book her in. Both the nurse and vet that treated my beautiful girl should be struck off and this place shut Down. I feel that strongly even after two years. Yes it’s taken two years to write this. You broke both myself and my husbands heart that night by not being clear and not enabling US TO MAKE THE DECISION in a timely manner. This vets have broken me and my trust has gone of all vets because of your actions.

I FOUND ALL THE STAFF VERY HELPFUL REASSURING AND WE WERE NOT KEPT VERY LONG AT ALL BEFORE OUR DOG WAS SEEN AND TREATED BY PROFESSIONALS. THANKYOU FOR YOUR HELP, WE WERE VERY WORRIED AT THE TIME AND GLAD WE WERE ABLE TO HAVE YOU ASSIST IN HELPING OUR DOG THROUGH A WORRYING TIME.

came home to my elderly dog having seizures and foaming at the mouth, it was 6 in the afternoon and no vets were open since it was a saturday, since this is a out of hours vet i phoned them and asked if they can take her in because they are the only vet open, their response was “are you a member” and i told them no and they said “then we can’t take your dog in” and i said “i’ll pay whatever price just please take my dog and help her ” and they still said no. I ended up finding another vet but since we were looking for vets so long we had to put my dog down, i do not recommend this place at all!

Thank you for helping end the pain my Mum was suffering waiting for a hip operation with the NHS. It’s sad that such a potentially great system has been so degraded, but we are thankful that the alternative with Sancta Maria Hospital was possible. Everyone on the staff team was excellent, from the skilled surgeon who performed the operation, to the catering team, receptionists and the kind physiotherapists. A very positive and professional service.

A great experience from the welcoming reception staff, ease of parking and excellent consultation with Mr Chris Davies. His friendly, but still professional manner, knowledge and expertise was so reassuring. I would definitely recommend him if you have any vascular issues .

Was meant to have surgery here on 12 dec. had two consultations mri and physio pre asssesment and pre assessment ready for op with bloods. Was given a time to come in and an approx time for op. Day after they rung to cancel no explanation as to why it was cancelled at all just told me it was cancelled and I’m back on nhs waiting list. Two other hospital appointments cancelled along with a weekend holiday and other prior appointments. . Family arranged holidays so somebody was home with me after the operation. Really not happy after wasting four months going private id expect a better service than this from a so called private hospital. I’d expect a cancellation on the nhs due to the workload and strain they’re under but not from a private hospital when you’re given a time and date. Totally totally unacceptable. To say I’m upset and disappointed is an understatement. Even Bupa can’t get answers as to why the op has been cancelled. Especially after having all tests and mri there. Asked by D Fisher to email her so she can look into what the problem was /is have done this via her email address but still no answers. !!!

Paid £200 for a consult and was seen over 2 hours later than scheduled, second receptionist I saw was very apologetic and explained that the system was at fault, regardless still a frustrating experience! Consultant was lovely and listened to all my concerns, I didn’t feel rushed at all.

Looking at previous reviews, you phone and kept waiting for about 20 minutes, this happened to me. I paid for a vaccination because I have a frozen shoulder, did not work. I emailed them, they denied having this, but I know for certain they received it. So I went back to the hospital and was told they would look into more treatment. But guess what, they wanted more money. They did the job wrong, they should pay. Don’t bother with them, they are a waste of space.
