I only have good words for how I have been treated in this hospital. Lot of scans, analysis, tests were carried out on me without waiting for too long and with a personal and dedicated care.

Special mention to Dr. Vlad Diana for her proffesionalism and good work.

I went there as a German person because every other Doctor or even the Hospital didnt wanted to help me. I was already tired and without hope because i couldnt find someone.. when i went there i didnt know what to do and my boyfriend asked a young man (i dont know his last time but his front Name was Marius – so Marius thank you!) What we have to do. He guided us and took my id and registaded me. I got checked and my doctor and the Assistents where the most lovely and respectfull persons i saw. Even when my puls hitted 150 when i saw the needle an Assistent holded my hand and calm me. I’m really happy that i found this Hospital and that i meeted those persons! Im Thanksful for this support!

4,5h waiting to be seen by a doctor …over 11h to get a diagnosis… It will be helpful to have a waiting time clock to know how long it will take, maybe some will find alternative way. When you are waiting for 11h to get news from your loved one, it will be nice to have someone keeping the family updated with the situation from time to time. And the list goes on.. It’s a busy place, and I know doctors are doing their best with what they have but management and communication with family members of the patient can be improved to make the experience a little better, especially for those who are not even from the city but tens of km away!

Worst medical experience in pur lives, waited 5 hours just for a few scans. It’s nice that we pay high ammounts of money for medical services and doctors salaries but they treat you like garbage. As much as possible try to avoid UPU Cluj.

Thank you staff for taking care of my husband, Phil Napolitano. You did such a thorough analysis of his condition. He is doing 100% better after the care he got there.

Horrendous environment. When you walk up 10 nurses chain smoking out front, and the security guard sleeping in a stretcher.

Doctor Maria Cristina Anghell told a man to get up off of his bed and told me to lay down on it without changing the cover. She is rude and careless. I have a nasty cough that could be contagious or pneumonia- did you change the bed after me? Pig.

Trash cans overflowing with medical waste. Not much glove action happening. Tied a cotton ball onto my arm with a piece of torn cloth.

When they did the X-ray the woman forced me hard against the machine and told me to put my necklace in my mouth , my shirt was up and instead of respecting a woman’s body , they did not lock the door so I was exposed to a room of strangers.

They jammed a needle in my arm painfully and carelessly, after seeing me cough my lungs out for 20 minutes someone finally brought me a mask and tied it around my face like I was an animal.

The staff is in a circle (5-7ppl) eating pastries 5 feet away from patients, that’s gross…

I started to cry (silently) because I realized these people don’t care , probably even care less about me because I’m not a Romanian , and they aren’t going to help me at all.

So they roll their eyes at me “why you cry?”

Because I think I just got something way worse than what I came in with.
