Urology consultant was quick to strongly suggest that I could have a cancer. Thank goodness the test results were negative but how about a bit of thinking before scaring your patients so much? Isn’t it better to tell your specialist opinion when you have all the test results in hand? The tests and the consultation fees are massively overpriced which makes me think that the doctor was interested in extra profits for himself and for the clinic rather than the patients’ health

Excellent care, professional service, state-of-the-art equipment. Everything is very quick. If you have an appointment, you almost never have to wait in line. Rooms are clean and private. Doctors and nurses are kind. No need to bribe or “thank” anyone financially.

    DISSAPOINTENT! Won’t return or recommend.

    Disappointed from two reasons:

    1. Had my 1 year old booked in for a general checkup which included blood tests. The staff didn’t offer numbing cream/spray – when I asked for it she looked rather irritated but she did eventually find some cream, not spray, she said they don’t have spray. The guide lady rolled her eyes at us when I told her that we asked for the cream to be applied and will have to wait 40 mins.

    2. We had an appointment with the eye specialist at 3pm, part of the check up. We arrived at around 14:45 waited until about 15:30 and because my daughter was feeling tired and was falling asleep I knocked on the door to ask how much longer was the wait, to which she said only a couple of minutes. There was another person in the waiting area (cannot call her a lady unfortunately) who said her appointment was at 15:35 – when the door opened this person who’s appointment was at 15:35 run in and closed the door – I was shocked but thought the doctor will check her identity and will ask to wait her turn. Unfortunately this didn’t happen! I didn’t go in to tell her to wait her turn because I’m raised differently so I waited for her to leave. When we eventually went in to see the doctor I complained, however the doctor didn’t see this as a problem at all, in fact she blamed us for not being there at 14:00 because that is when she wanted to see us which is rather shocking considering the appointment was at 15:00. The doctor told me to calm down and forget about it because the person who jumped the queue had a sleepy baby and that she doesn’t check people’s IDENTITY; how does she consult patients then, on what basis – isn’t it the standard procedure that before the consultation begins the consultant must confirm patient’s name and date of birth!? I found the whole situation unprofessional, disrespectful and inconsiderate or was she bribed? My 1 year old was also tired and ill but this didn’t seem to bother her at all or cause the reason for an apology. Not what I expect from a private medical institution!

We had a very pleasant encounter with this hospital this summer. My father in law was hospitalized here for over a week and the staff and the hospital crew its absolutely amazing. You get answers at every single question you ask. Compare with other ” so called emergency room” this one is a life saver. Yes its quite expensive but you get what you pay for. There is no attitude when you ask something and you get to be treated like a human, plus you get the treatment that you indeed need, not just random medications so they make sales. Thank you medpark.

Have had several experiences at Medpark, mostly positive. One recent unfortunate one in which I was called 50 minutes before my appointment and asked if I could come early. I said Id try but it was across town. I made it on time but when I arrived they said the doctor was no longer available and I would have to reschedule which was frustrating. However their customer service immediately called after to see if they could help which was appreciated. Their doctors are very good and I recommend them.

The service was terrible. I stayed the night because I had surgery here. My doctor Serghi Grati is an excellent surgeon. My anesthesiologist Valentina was fabulous. Place was not clean. Food was awful. Other staff members seemed unfriendly and as if they did not want to do their job.
