Unfortunately, even though we thought we had an airtight contract, things did not work out and when we went back to the firm for assistance they told us that they don’t handle any form of litigation. We were forced to start interviewing new law firms. Throughout the course of our dispute we interviewed over a dozen different attorneys. They made all sorts of promises, but when you begin to talk about expertise and finding out what they could deliver, none of them could compare to Ara Jabagchourian. Ara remained extremely professional and diligent throughout the time it took us to reach a settlement. He represented us through multiple arbitration meetings, always trying to help us minimize the costs and encouraging us to look at different options; reminding us to consider the overall time that it was going to take to litigate. Any other attorney would have been glad to keep on billing us, running out both the clock and our money. I feel one hundred percent satisfied with our decision. I had been searching awhile for a competent attorney to help navigate me through a tumultuous custody case to say the least.
