  1. I stayed at the Hilton Hotel at L’enfant Plaza. Very modern area with a metro station and subterranean mall and food hall. The International Spy Museum is out front as is the open topped tourist bus. It’s also a great location to see the city by foot, if you enjoy walking.

  2. Our resort was in that area and I walked around looking for a place to get breakfast but my choices were very limited and pricey. They did have an area dedicated to our military with statues and flags which I liked very much. I found a Savannah Candy Kitchen store there. Pecan pralines are yummy.

  3. I visited the international Spy Museum. I went on a Sunday early in the morning, and parked on the street. This museum is perfect for family and friends even solo…there were a lot of interactive things to do…I love this place. I can’t wait to take my family

  4. A fun and relaxing place to visit ? Lots of museums, restaurants, and shops in the area. There is parking on the street or in the power level parking garage.

  5. Stopped in for food because we didn’t buy tickets in advance to the Spy museum was sold out bummer and my bad. So took the metro all the way over for nothing. We were hungry, so I stopped and got a Charlie’s Philly chicken and beef sandwich. It was expensive for 2 large meals $48 but delicious ?

Nice options. Tesla dealer nearby. 2 or 3 good Chinese restaurants. One sit-down Cuban restaurant may or may not be overpriced. Chinese Friendship archway sets the tone. And the Caps play at the arena. GP metro is sketchy, so stay alert.

Great place, me and the wife sneak off during the week, and its so peaceful. P.S. they will validate your parking if you ask, they won’t tell you tho. Oh power reclining chairs too!

I like gallery place because I’m a city guy and I love all that the city has to offer. I like all of the good and can tolerate some of the bad. I was surprised at how much open air drug use was going on and being tolerated. Cops were on every corner. Interesting.

The food is always good, and the customer service is top-tier whether you eat at a bar or a table. The menu has several options, seasonal items, and a daily happy hour. Greg is my favorite bartender. Go check him out.

Upscale shopping plaza with almost all luxurious brands of clothing, bags, perfume and lifestyle accessories. Each shop has its unique ambience, a must explore area while shopping. There are restaurants, coffee shops and quick bites for your appetite. Parking is on street or paid parking garages. Tip- in case you shopaholic, stay in Hyatt Grand which is just on the opposite side of the street.

We went here primarily for the Christmas events and was great. The tree and lights were really good. The ice maze was really neat to walk through. Had a long line, but moved dencently and got through the line and maze in an hour.

We stumbled upon here actually…lol… we got parking below and the elevator took us up to this beautiful place…. from here your adventures can start in any direction. They decorated the walkways so look up and capture it, plus top notch shopping around.

So it is a small shopping alleyway if you will of high end stores, boutiques, and eats. It is super relaxing to stroll by, grab a coffee, shop or take a picture! Apparently DC updates the hanging decor by season which to me is so cool and vibrant. It makes this place a little more special. When we went, it had these sunset color tassels blowing in the wind. I thought it was going to be more crowded than what we anticipated so if you go morning, you can almost have the entire place to yourself.
