- Reviews:I’m from California. We needed to go to T-Mobile and Target. Some locals told us to go to the mall we’d find it in one place. My first impression of this mall was how clean and well organized it is. Let’s go to a lot of great stores sporting goods clothing and even a Barnes & Noble bookstore. Target JCPenney are here. It’s good.By BANGKOKBANKS (a year ago)Great mall that is always adding new stores. Great place to take the family for shopping in BismarckBy Kelley Miller (2 months ago)Honestly it is missing a traditional good court but there are still plenty of places to grab food. The stores are back to their regular hours and people are generally willing to help. I truly enjoy going there.By Sean Gandy (4 months ago)I don’t like malls much but it has a decent selection of stores and I love Auntie Annes pretzels, they’re my favorite!By Ashley Barth (2 months ago)This is an ok mall. If you want to call it that, there is not alot of store choices here. Now there is several in the area. However, you do get the small town feel, which I think is great. I hate to see these dieing off.By Stropoli Madness (3 years ago)

- Reviews:The mall location is excellent in an very active area of the city. Almost everything is around. There are many good stories; some are brands like American Eagle, Bath and Body Works, Claire’s, JCPenny, Maurices, Men’s Warehouse, Scheels, Spencer’s.. etc some are local. Big parking lot available. Few restaurants inside the mall, but there are some outside around the mall too. The bad thing about the place is that there are many closed stores that shut their doors forever. The mall is very busy and active specially at the weekends.By Patrick Francis (a week ago)It’s amazing how dead this mall is. 90% of the stalls are vacant. Seems to be only the major chains have survived. It is hanging on by the bigger stores like Scheels and JC Penney. The food court was the nicest spot, but they only had a single option.By Arn Heggers (3 weeks ago)It was such a great mall but it’s sad that it’s so dead. It’s super clean on the inside but store spaces empty everywhere. The food court is such a beautiful area with lots of seats, a fireplace but no places to eat at or people to enjoy them. Hope they can turn it around and get some great stores back to draw people in. Give some great stores free space for a bit to get them in and traffic will come back.By A Harasym (4 years ago)Sad to see this mall fall so low that it’s not worth going there any more. Plus they have to shoe a picture of anouther business because the mall and the parking is in such poor condition. Take not of how Fargo kept their mall alive and booming and how much effort when into that in today’s market place, when so many malls close across the U.S. Medical places and Churches don’t belong in the mall, no does anything looking like a MA and pop store. Start making rent on there so good for the next 10 years to people who can actually set up a professional retail store, if it’s priced better then right, not at that the expected retail price others are asking in GF. Get you food court looking professional, not slapped together like it looks like they did it them self and their signs, because they did. Get a real property manager that actually knows what their doing and what needs to be done. I could of had that going way better then all the others you ploped in there by now. Of face the facts and nock it all down, so other new places can buy and open new stores for the citizens to enjoy.By Donald Marwitz (6 months ago)If overspending is your thing and you love all the outdoor brands… it’s all you. One thing can be said, they’re the only ones in town I know of carrying Adidas Sambas in Men’s SizesBy Chris J (2 months ago)

Cute little mall. Usually very clean and always decorated so nicely. I don’t go to the mall often but when I do I usually have a pleasant experience. I take my girls usually and we walk around grab something to eat. Some days get nails done or a treat at Claire’s for each etc. The usual mall run sort of day. I have never seen it overly packed or busy so that’s a plus as well.
A little run down but there’s certainly effort being placed into being asthetically appealing. The space gives off a whimsical and artistic vibe. The space is open and relaxing. The food court doesn’t give many options in the way of food sensitivities. Overall, I’d rate it at a 6/10. Shopping wise, I’m not too impressed but the aesthetics is worth checking out.
This is one of my favorite malls in the US. West Acres Mall has a large variety of shops and restaurants. It’s always spotless and nicely decorated. Anchors like Scheels can’t be missed at this oasis. Enjoy!
Tip: Be careful of car traffic when parking at the outer parking lot.
Our first time at this mall in n your trip from Canada to North Dakota USA.
Mall has everything one can expect from any mall in North America. From big box stores to small individual outlets and everything in between.
We were there on Saturday April 22, 2023. Mall was very busy. Good thing that they have many rest areas with comfortable seating.
There is a play area for kids which is very useful I guess. Food court was big but lacks variety.
Enough parking outside.
Worth a visit if you’re in the city. But don’t expect anything different then any other malls in North America.
The West Acres mall in Fargo is not
a very large mall but it is admirable artistic and beautiful its interior is – bug chandeliers, art work going to the bathroom and lots of sitting arrangements. Even trash cans are very decorative!! More importantly, it is a very clean establishment. The bathrooms are well-kept, nothing gross-looking. The food court is always being organized, and the tables are wiped with fresh clean white towels all the time (their cleaning carts are stacked with a high pile of folded towels). The tables do not feel sticky at all so dining and hanging out in the food court is a pleasant experience. I wish all malls are as well-maintained as the West Acres mall. ?
