She always had a smile on her face, explained everything to expect with the party, made sure everything was taken care of and made the party as stress free as possible! It’s not easy to manage a party for a 2 year old but, she did amazing! This is the first time I’ve had a party at Chuck-e-cheese and definitely not the last time! The price paid for the food was premium but the quality was anything but. The cleanliness of the facility was terrible and other than a couple of employees being awesome, the level of service was very lackluster. I get it, being around kids all day can be draining. The remodel looks so great. It’s a great atmosphere and the employees are great. But the alcohol prices are a little ridiculous. The bartender was so awesome but it was $14 for a double well mix drink. That’s more expensive than the casinos. Just thought I would come on here and be honest.
38$ for 2 hours of bowling, and less than 8 dollars for a pitcher of beer. No complaints here. Didn’t play any of the arcade games but there’s a decent mix of shoot em ups and ticket machines
The tables are small and the seating is tight and not enough seats. I’m a medium size person and it wasn’t very comfortable. A large person would not be able to sit at the table near their lane. The computers are not easy to use and are confusing with the options given to setup for playing a simple game. It doesn’t allow you to delete and add other players without having to ask for assistance, which isn’t always easily available. They are working the counters where you pay for your lane and get your shoes. There should be specific workers to help with bowling lanes and computer issues. Food inside is very expensive and there was only 1 person working. He was the order taker, the cook, and the server. THIS IS SAD!!!

No outside drinks are allowed!!!( like alcoholic beverages, mix drinks like from the frosty factory)
You have to buy their food and their drinks ( of any kind) & (expensive).
Everything looks nice since the rebuild after Hurricane Laura a couple years ago. However the lanes we were given were not fully functional and required several trips to the service desk for help to get working. The bumpers for the kids were never functional on one of the lanes.
