3 weeks agoThis store is awesome! For years they’ve helped me with letters and resumes and always did a great job. I really appreciated Sohpy’s help today, She is friendly and helpful and was able to make a really messed up resume look great!6 months agoI have been using this UPS store for quite some time, both for business and personal use. Let me tell you the customer service is absolutely outstanding every time I go in. This store is the busiest I’ve seen out of all of our local UPS stores and I can see why, it is the associates making the difference. They are friendly, fast, and courteous EVERYTIME! a week agoIve only have had great experiences here at this UPS store, I come here all the time because I live very close but even if I didnt I would without a doubt drive the extra miles. Firstly, the staff are always very friendly and helpful and have a positive attitude towards their job which I’m sure is not easy due to having to deal with every sort of problem that may arise from day-to-day due to no fault of their own because of well….from being a UPS store(that in itself can be mentally exhausting im sure). Secondly, ive not once seen a negative interaction between the employees and any customer, ever. They always seem motivated to get what you need in a timely manner, even when they’re busy with a rush of customers. Lastly, to sum it up every package that ive sent from this location arrived in perfect timing, even when it cannot be guaranteed. Every 2-day rush shipping i paid for was money well spent as they usually involved an emergency and was delivered promptly. So i highly recommend this UPS store because of all of the above reasons and will continue to go here and suggest you should too, and not listen to the negative comments and fashion your own opinions of the place. Because those negative commenters sounded like they were nost likely rude to begin with and should show some respect when someone is being helpful towards you(especially that JT dude, like for real buddy get a life.)6 months agoBeen doing business here for the last 3-4 years, especially with Amazon package returns. They are pleasant to deal with and the staff does a good job with packaging. I had sent a PC worth $2000 to Washington to a customer and the young guy working there did a good job of packing it and it arrived without any problems.6 months agoIf I could give zero stars, I absolutely would in a heartbeat, in fact, negative stars if that was possible. If you need to use the UPS store, do not go to this one! Beware, beware, beware! They do not care about you as a customer, and are not willing to help you out whatsoever; Especially Ryan and Louisa. I use the UPS store on Orangeburg all the time. Their customer service is phenomenal; they have no problems helping you tape a box or two, help you package things up, anything you need, they are there to help. I went into the McHenry store and the two folks mentioned above wanted to sell me a roll of tape so that I could tape two small boxes closed, mind you my company has a massive national account! That is horrible, on top of that not only did they want to charge me for the roll of tape, but it was in the back behind the counter. Nothing was merchandised out on the floor for a customer to buy, no pens, paper, staplers nothing for a customer to use either. Do not go to this location.2 months agoA lady with a bad attitude not suppose to work in company like ups , welcoming customers with a bad behavior, tried to charge me for just a single print $2,16 and overcharged more than other ups for regular mail . She said this is my store no ome here to tell me anything , so upset a about her behave11 months agoThe people here are amazing! I came in less than an hour before closing with multiple jobs (Sending mail with tracking, amazon returns, and package drop offs) and a screaming baby on my hip. Everyone there was so helpful and patient and the driver even helped me unload my car. This is by far the best UPS store Ive been to

This UPS store deserves a 5 out of 5 Stars. Best customer service. Very convenient. It is really nice to know that my packages will always arrive there and be kept safely. Before, having a PO BOX I was always worried about my packages being stolen or getting rained on. Now I don’t have to. It really is a peace of mind to not have to worry about such a thing.
Thank goodness for the owners/ operators of this UPS location. I had an essential letter that I needed to mail. I was able to get it notarized and mailed off. But when I checked for an update, I saw it was damaged and discarded(not by the store but by the handler at the UPS distribution center). I called to let the owner/ operator know what happened; he told me to come back, and they’ll handle everything, which he and his wife did, and the letter was delivered successfully. Thank you so much. You have earned a forever customer!
Staff is always friendly and helpful. The Owner/Manager is always there working hard and ready to help. I appreciate the later opening time since my business drops of shipments at the end of day.
This UPS store has Best customer service. They all deserve a 5 star but one of the CSR Riya stands out with such kindness and always so helpful, so very kind thank you so much for your service. Also so really nice to know that my packages will always arrive there and really give me a peace of mind to not have to worry about such a thing.
This UPS store provided excellent customer service. I had to arrange to send a valuable item from Modesto to Honolulu. I wasn’t able to oversee the sending myself, and was completely reliant upon the good staff at this UPS store to take care it for me. They neatly wrapped the fragile item and packaged and sent it out for me and it arrived in less than 4 days. I am very thankful they were able to take care of my valuable, which is now safely home where it belongs. Thank you so much, UPS store!!!
