Living between Dickinson, ND and Denver, CO – this store in Dickinson is outstanding in their customer service of any UPS Store I’ve used. Special kudos to Janell, Melissa and Lynn for their constant positive/upbeat attitude, attentiveness to detail and can-do work ethic. They started to address me by my first name after only the 2-3 visits. Great teamwork indeed!!!

Absolutely the best UPS Store experiences I’ve had. Lisa was phenomenal deciphering my chicken scratch writing and got my package out on today’s truck as it was getting the last load on! The store was clean, neat, orderly and the flow was quick. Outstanding job!
This is one of the most arrogant companies out their. Their drivers don’t give a rip if boxes are damaged or we are short something. They came in today saying they were dropping off 21 boxes and only dropped off 11. When we questioned them about it they said that they dropped off 10 yesterday. That isn’t how their system works. They know exactly what is on the truck each and every day, or at least they are supposed to.
These truck drivers need to park on the street when delivering packages and stop parking in the alleys. Yesterday two of them got stuck in between 7th and 8th Ave. W. and had to be pulled out by a resident. You should have seen the mess the UPS drivers made in the alley. So, today, another UPS driver comes along again making a mess in the alley, this time behind my vehicle. Stay OUT of the alleys!!
