Will use again!By B J (2 months ago)Called before taking my Ford down to them and explained In detail what my car was doing and explained once again when I dropped the vehicle off “I knew it was having engine issues” and asked them to diagnose it so I can get a better idea of what the issue was and how much it will cost to repair it. They called me the next day saying pretty much what I already knew and did the things we had already done at home .$170 dollars wasted and still don’t know specifically what’s wrong. They could have been more up front about not being able to work on it more because it was a eco boost engine and could have told me they are limited on the extent of diagnosing it and repairing it. I had called one of their competitors before calling them and at least they were upfront and honest about what they were able to do and didn’t want to waste my time. I’m sure they would have done a better job at diagnosing as well. Will not being using them again. I could have told you I don’t have power train warranty and also looking at the miles and the year of the car you could have come to that conclusion. I experienced an electronic throttle issue with my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 which ultimately led to a brake sensor replacement. Christian brothers got me in in less than a day, quickly identified the problem and fixed it. They also performed routine maintenance such as oil change and fluid level checks at my request. No issues thus far upon getting my truck back. Clean professional atmosphere. Every person that I dealt with without exception was ultra courteous, and they took care of the offer little services that I’ve rarely if ever experienced at other automotive repair shops. Price was as expected. Highly recommended!
I had to travel 3 hours to get my vehicle looked at to prepare for 6 months of travel. I needed brakes, air filter and a tuneup. They were able to get this all done the same day plus they shuttled me to go eat. The staff were super nice and very knowledgeable on everything I asked. Definitely will bring my vehicle back for future work.
The website made was very easy to setup my appointment and choose which services I needed. Even though I didn’t need the complimentary shuttle services it’s nice to know they offer it. Once my vehicle was ready for pickup and I went to pay the employees inside were very nice and informative about my car. I will definitely be a return customer!!
This is the kind of mechanic’s shop that has loyal customers because of their quality work, fair prices and customer-centered mindset. My car had a bunch of work that needed to be done and Christian Brothers did a free diagnostic inspection, and then gave me a full bulleted list of problems with pricing options. They were helpful and even gave quality personal advice (like change tires before getting alignment). I will be coming back here when my car needs maintenance next.
In 2022 I took my car into Christian Brothers for my brakes and rotors to be replaced. They noticed my water pump had a leak and notified me. I had it replaced as well. I appreciate them and their great work.
So in 2023 when I needed the struts and shocks replaced I took it right back to them.
They were able to get it done in one day.
These guys are awesome. I would recommend them to take care of your vehicles repairs.
