I hired them because they claim to specialize in fathers rights and parental alienation but they have done nothing for me. I’ve used Ben Sherman and he doesn’t return email and calls, and he fails to file responses to my ex-wife’s filings allowing her to get multiple default judgements against me. He promised multiple times to file court papers but then never does it. This has went on for months. I complained to the office manager and sent an email to Jared Olson (The firms founding partner) but never received a response. I was told I would have a call with my attorney and Mr. Olson but Olson never joined the call. I’ve talked to the bar and have a legitimate complaint, which I have been trying to hold off filing until now. They’ve billed me $20k for what should have cost no more than $10k and they refuse to send me a detailed bill. Furthermore, after talking to others attorneys that told me I had a valid legal malpractice suit, I stood up for myself by telling the firm I wouldn’t put up with this anymore. In response, Ben withdrew as my attorney and in his filing, he bashed me to the court making statements against me to make me look bad. I am happy to share a copy of his filing. I placed an online order for registered agent services but it’s almost two weeks (promised turnaround time of 24 hours ) but they yet to provide the services despite multiple followup.
Their phone lines do not work and also they took ages to reply to the emails and even when you get the response, it come from general email IDs such as Info or reception without any signature bars. They don’t even have the personalised email address. You don’t even know whom you are speaking with. All these things indicate that this company is no more than a scammer!!!!
Please be aware and think twice before doing any business with them!!!!
I have had a totally bad experience with Cloud Peak Law. They’re my registered agent but they never follow up on time. Their reception center can only leave a message but can’t answer anything. I didn’t receive their call back for 1 week. I believe they have more than enough clients and I should go to seek other registered agents. Thank you for giving me motivation to change the agent!
Your client has been harassing the entire country with unsolicited robo calls, so the whole “you’re not one of our clients” is pathetic.
You bear responsibility, which you haven’t acknowledged or apologized for.

BTW: can you get me your client’s phone #? I’ve been trying to reach them about a very special offer. But they are hard to reach.
These guys are garbage. They are unresponsive, will promise a “24” turn around time, etc. After repeated ignored called and emails they only did the work once I asked my credit card company to reverse the charge. Suddenly the panicked. Don’t waste your money here, go to a legitimate source.
I love Cloud Park Law Group. This is the end of my first year, and I am renewing with them without a second thought. I have always gotten answers quickly. Usually within 20-90 minutes, sometimes even in the middle of the night. The very dynamic and professional team communicates very well, and their online portal is well equipped. They are always making improvements. I get excited to see whatever Cloud Peak Law has to add to my company every time I look at their portal or website. They seem to really understand what entrepreneurs are looking for, and they go get that and add that to their service. It surprises me often.
I have a pretty complex filing, and it has been amazingly easy to maintain and manage with Cloud Peak. I feel so much better knowing that I am so well covered when any new issue arises. And there is no feeling of being handled out of obligation. I worry about that when I pay for a year in advance. Cloud Peak really follows through and keeps providing value, with great care.
Vicky Odiaga in particular stands out to me as uniquely strong, always on-top-of-things, and ready to jump on any issue; whether to get an item to the right person, answer herself, or take actions on behalf of my filings herself. She goes above and beyond all the time. I never take that for granted, but I know it is special.
