  1. Went today with my family to buy dirt. Yes I had to pay for dirt. Anyway. It was nice to see all the halloween decorations up. It’s my favorite time of year. I almost bought a refrigerator but theb I remembered I have to measure the thing first. So I’ll do it next week any way the nursery is pretty impressive

  2. I would give you guys a five star because I love the location the space the customer service. The only thing is that your employees might need to maybe go through some type of flight training that way they know the material and the names and stuff like that. Other than that my spirit was good and the variety was great. Here are some photos for yall

  3. Customer service is beyond rude and completely lacking in professionalism.

For example, the manager Stephanie treats any return issue as if it is an overly complicated problem to solve, while acting like it’s my fault that they sold me defective products.

The male manager who doesn’t wear a name tag displays his anger publicly throughout the resolution process. There is no formality of customer service in sight.

In many situations they have tried to convince me that my purchases were not placed on the card I used to buy the items. Email receipts? Not going to help either. Maybe after the 10th swipe or so, they might finally piece it all together.

I will not continue supporting an establishment that results in so much wasted time and non-existent support. They don’t know how to process the most basic returns, if they thought they could take advantage of you they likely will gaslight you into believing that your items are beyond return, when that is absolutely not the case.

Good luck parking your car anywhere safely, the jam packed parking garage is filled with with reckless customers, racing in a blind rush to shop and leave. I’ve already had someone slam their door into my side view mirror.

I’m never going back. Trust me when I say: take your money somewhere else.

  4. I wanted to share my recent experience at Lowe’s, and unfortunately, it was far from positive. At first, everything seemed alright, but then something happened that left me truly upset and disappointed.

While at the self-checkout, I couldn’t help but notice an incident involving a Caucasian store manager and a Latino/Hispanic associate. What struck me as particularly odd was the way the manager whispered instructions to the employee, directing her to handle my transaction. This interaction felt strange and uncomfortable The manager seemed to treat me differently based on my skin color, instructing the associate to handle my transaction in a way that was both uncomfortable and discriminatory. I didn’t see anything like this happening to other customers, even those with a similar number of items. The only difference was my skin color. This experience left me questioning the fairness and inclusivity of the staff at this location.

I strongly believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background. It’s disheartening to see such behavior in a store that so many people rely on for their home improvement needs.

Given this experience, I’ve made the decision to NEVER return to this Lowe’s location ever again. I genuinely hope that Lowe’s addresses these issues promptly, as I wouldn’t want others to go through what I experienced. I urge fellow customers to consider their options and DEFINITELY choose a different Lowe’s store, one where they can expect better treatment and a more welcoming environment. Discrimination and poor customer service have no place in any establishment, but this store does not uphold these values.

I normally go to Home Depot but they didn’t have what I was looking for. I gave Lowe’s a try and I’m so glad I did. They were so helpful. This guy, I wish I can remember his name…. He didn’t give up looking for an item I wanted and about 7 to maybe 10 minutes later he found it. I’m so happy!!! Great service and very knowledgeable. He also helped us with an item not from his department. I got my tile and my shower pan in about 30 minutes.

I also want to say Lowe’s is much more organized than Home Depot. I’ll probably be switching..

Very good first experience. The place was pretty clean and very well stocked. Plenty of parking. Prices were fair.

Unlike home Depot, the employees here didn’t offer their help as much. Which can be both a blessing or a curse.

Awesome customer service I was provided with over the phone and in person ! Thankful for Monica who helped check me out with my purchase . Carmen was excellent with verifying they had the exact item I was needing . Coming from a San Diego resistance and new to LA I am pleased with the overall service experience.

I love Lowe’s everything here is much better then Home Depot. But I don’t like their recent changes to the return policy. Plus they don’t use the mylowes(which has never been high quality) to do the returns.

Absolutely avoid this store and the workers there if you could. I lost about $300 because of their misleading returns policy and the rudeness of the woman at the returns counter.

Whole story: I brought in some planters that were purchased for me through a third party to see if I could get a refund in cash or gift card. The woman who helped me was discourteous and spoke with a sarcastic tone of voice when I tried to make small talk, but she brushed me off. After taking my receipt, she immediately refunded it to the 3rd party’s card without communicating a word to me that it was what she was doing.

I read the policy at the counter multiple times and it stated that there are multiple options to getting a refund, but nowhere did it say that it can ONLY be refunded to the original payment method. I was waiting for her to just look up the order in the system, but instead she processes it without asking if it’s what I wanted. Just a single confirmation or asking “card?” would’ve helped to avoid this issue, because I would’ve said no to the refund since it wasn’t my card. I spoke to the store manager Rochelle, and she gave me the same excuse that “other stores do the same thing.” What does it matter what other stores do? I’m talking to you because your employee didn’t communicate properly and made an irreversible 300$ charge that I can no longer get back, and that the 3rd party is not responsible for. Even though this happened, I spoke to multiple people at this store politely because I know that being rude to customer service gets you nowhere. I was still given horrible attitude by all the upper management employees when I was just desperate for some assistance.

Go to any other home improvement store but this one.

Man whenever I think I found the formula to get good courteous customer service soon after every single time I get bit in the assi stopped ever trying to do returns at the south side of really if at all possible avoid going to the south side period but the other day I bought one of the different things to view the eclipse the one with the filter for your phone to be exact. The sign on top says starting at 2.98 I understand the whole starting at thing but nowhere on the little kiosk were there any other prices for everything else other than the 2.98 for the single pair of glasses. I was one of the last customers on this day so I was rushing thru not paying attention but when I got home I see that the thing cost almost 15 bucks which in my mind was quite pricey and if the prices go up that stiffly I think there should be a guide somewhere saying what other things cost. So the following day I tried to return the item 2 days before the eclipse mind you. Instantly the woman tells me I can’t return that and goes about returning the other thing I had. Waiting for an explanation to why never came until I asked why and she tells me “because it’s an item that we sell for specific times of the year”…… Uhhh ok like that specific day still 2 days ahead and it’s less than 24 hours after I bought the item still unopened. I then told her that there is no price anywhere on it stating how much it is and asked if people just have to ring it up and then decide they do or don’t want it? She tells me I’ll bring my manager up here if you want but she’s going to tell you the same thing… I told her you know what not that big of a deal to bring a manager up here but I don’t think I’m in the wrong. All mad and Shakey she says “do you have a receipt for this?” Which I did but she was itching to find a reason to shut my return down but couldn’t completely. Home Depot here I come

I come here all the time in my work boots, consistently do returns as with my business. Sometimes you buy the wrong part. I never had any issues, my exchange always goes, smooth, and everything is friendly. The day I come in and casual clothes, with no sleeves, and my tattoo showing, I have the worst experience ever, and I’ve never felt so discriminated in my life at customer service.

Even with a receipt. Still was unprofessional. I understand that this town has its problem, but judging book by its cover, with somebody who spend tens of thousands of dollars in your store, it really bad for business. Maybe some consistent employees will help you guys realize who are your consistent customers.

My only major complaint… Any light fixture that says it has a guaranteed lifespan of 10-30 years is a waste of money and bad for the environment. When the lifespan is up, you have to replace the ENTIRE fixture with a brand new one! Which is bogus since these kinds of fixtures have LED lights on the inside. LEDs are easily replaceable. They’re so easy to work with that most people opt to use them in their DIY projects.

Apparently even if you’re patient while they are short staffed, locate the product you need on a high rises for them when no stock is below, when the lady in doors gets to you, she just has to intend to call someone for her “service” to you. When immediately interpreted by another associate and customer, my request was completely ignored. The other associate eventually apologized for the interruption yet neither called someone. I literally had to walk to the front to get a manager to get the door down because I live 1.5hrs from the nearest store. I was already having an awful day but had waited politely till being so rudely dismissed. If associates want polite patient customers they need to learn to be respectful in return. That said after the last few experiences I strongly suggest people find a competent building supply chain that knows how to deliver to your door which is what I am doing going forward.

Poor customer service. Requested help in tools three times over the loud speaker and no one showed. Once I decided to just forget what I was trying to buy and walked to purchase things that did not need help with. When I walked through the store I walked by 6 employees who were not helping customers and were just talking to each other. I guess they only help at specific times of the day. This was disappointing because my wife and I used to prefer Lowe’s over Home Depot.
