- Reviews:This mall may not be as large and may not have the variety of businesses that the Christiana Mall has, but this location is much easier to navigate on weekends and is not overly busy on Saturdays. The interior of the mall looks nice with the water fountains and the palm trees, and there are lots of spots to sit down and relax. My only suggestion is to make the south end of the mall more complete, as it seemed very empty and lacking in stores.By William Alex Cooper (williamalexcooper) (11 months ago)It is a small clean great mall. Popular stores inside and it kind of reminds me of Cheltenham Mall in Philadelphia, PA……just ten times more better.?By Raising 3 in Philly (3 months ago)Concord mall has had a tough run with Covid reducing traffic but they seem to be leasing out more of the stores, and I’ve noticed that it’s been cleaner as well. Glad to see this as a local contractor those little things matterBy Adam. Fedale (5 months ago)This mall is very small and most of the crowd is always in the chick-fil-a. I am usually only here for bath and body works. I go in and get out. Every now and then I might stop and grab a pretzel. There’s nothing exciting about going here.By Susan O’Hara (2 months ago)Though this mall has little to offer, like most malls to me. There are still times I need to hit a mall to pick-up something. Now this is mostly to do with my teenagers and their dances, but not much else for me these days. Getting to and from the mall is pretty easily done when driving. They still have a bus that drives thru the mall front parking lot to pick-up and drop off folks.By Larry Brown-Williams (a month ago)

- Reviews:I’ve been living in the Dover area for two years, and been visiting the area for about six years but never visited the mall until now. I was impressed with the size and variety of stores. The place was clean and well kept. Unlike most indoor malls today, this mall had most of the tenant suites occupied. There were clothing stores, department stores, movie theater, arcade, food eateries and even amusement places like Space Wars. Definitely more than expected.By PhillipsVision YT (9 months ago)The mall has seen better days but their is great shopping at the Boscov’s anchor store. The AMC theater is one of the few that have not been renovated but unless you travel 20+ miles to Middletown or Milford it’s the only game in town. The food court still has some good offerings.By Barry Levine (a month ago)My visit to the DoverDE mall resulted in receiving a message from Relax Zone that had me floating on a cloud. The staff exhibited unparalleled world class customer service before, during and after the uplifting experience to soothe my aching and stressed muscles. Mental and emotional relief was obtained to enhance the results of the massage. I gave a healthy tip and arranged future visits via reservations for more of the “CLOUD FLOATING “experience!!!By David Holley (a month ago)The stores were nice however I had a very bad experience with the staff when I and a freind of mine of the opposite gender used the family restroom together due to me having a medical issue and needing someone with me due to me fainting from it and it being very serious. The bad expeirence was a staff memeber who knocked on the door then opened the door while I was sick and using the restroom who then upon me and my friend exiting the restroom yelled at us that the restroom was for families and disabled people. When I explained that I was sick and thought I was going to pass out proceeded to say I need to walk myself into the girls restroom and if I faint that’s her problem with no regaurd for me having a medical issue which I tried to explain to her multiple times and I felt humiliated because its hard enough having a medical issue and dealing with it in a public setting without having to explain it to a mall janitor who was disrespectful during the whole situation. I am not trying to be a Karen but I would have avoided going there id I knew I would be treated so poorly during a medical issue.By Mar Bailey (a month ago)For Capitol of Delaware and college and military town I find it great it has little bit of everything for everyone. Primary target is the younger generation and families. I have no complaints. All stores offer discounts and kid friendly. Besides there’s oodles of surrounding stores. Don’t miss a quality shopping experience.By L Mcintosh (9 months ago)

I found the mall to be very well maintained and clean. There are nice eateries in the food court and has all the shops you need for shopping and spending the day at the mall. They also have 8-10 EV car charging stations by Volta for the convenience of electric car owners. Overall a great experience.
Our to go Mall for over 12 years now. It’s not too crowded and there is a great amount of store. The parking is big but finding a spot close to one of the entrance can be challenging. The food court and the mall hallways are very clean.
Very good place. A lot of crowd and there are many variety to pick from. Specially the apple store is very crowded please take appointment and visit
Almost everything is available at Christiana mall. What I liked about mall is when you enter there is huge parking space, target, Macy and jcpenny are interconnected, so it becomes easy to switch inside mall. White chocolate mocha of Starbucks is amazing, Victoria secret, clusters of shoes shops and many more. The vendors on porch area also have decent stuff and especially loved shoes cleaning service. On other side, mall has food court with varieties. So enjoy your shopping along with your favourite food.
Only one negative feedback is restrooms are not clean properly.
This is the best mall in the area. I really wish there were more malls like it in neighboring areas. The additions to the whole complex surrounding the mall are excellent. The parking is spacious and the roads connecting you to different areas throughout the complex are made well. New stores and restaurants are a great addition. Good design goes a long way! I just wish there were more trees and greenery.
