2 months agoThis is the worst store! They never have anything. Nothing is ever stocked. This is the fourth time I’ve went in for cat food and they’re out. That’s ridiculous! Won’t be back! They’re hardly ever open too. Close at 10 but the doors will be locked at 7. Why don’t yall just close the damn store?!!!!2 months agoThe only complaint I have about this store is there inability to keep staff. However the staff members that are employed at this particular location bust their butts to make sure shoppers find what they are looking for. Stock in the aisle but neat and not blocking the aisle. There was one lady cashier checking out customers and 3 people in front of me. I was in line less than 4 min. 5 months agoSign on the door says 10 pm. They have hand written signs that say 8. They were nasty! So DG what time do you close? This page needs to be updated.a month agoNever greet you when you come in. Nasty attitude from the older lady with dark brown hair. Not very helpful either. Still won’t let anyone use the bathroom. Sign says out of order. It’s been like 3 years. The staff that use to be there knew everyone in the area and was polite. I’d rather drive all the way to the Preston location where folks are friendly, they actually have groceries and not just junk. Also you can use the bathrooms.8 months agoUpdate 2023- This place is a fire hazard. Aisles are constantly blocked off since the employees never stock the shelves. They’re constantly closing before they’re supposed to because they don’t feel like working. They actually make the Key market look good which is impressive. Convenient. Staff can be standoffish at times, but it goes with the area…I don’t blame them for being I their guard so to speak.
Store never opens on time. I am sitting outside waiting on someone to come to work. There are even two customers or workers waiting in the cold and the dollar general truck waiting too.
The employees are always delightful & respectful! It’s just I’ve got bad timing on going there!? Because whatever I’m planning to stock up on is usually an item they’ve ran out of. As for today i had a few items in mind & they did have them. So as usual for the main item of 1st desire… I tell myself better luck next time.
New management are VERY 🙂BUT THEY NEED TO CHANGE UP SOME STUFF SOME THINGS AS IMPORTANT AS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The store gets robbed everyday and is managed by crackheads
