- Reviews:The mall has recently renovated and opened some new stores. There is now a Starbucks there which is wonderful, and the frozen yogurt place is also amazing!! Everything is also kept clean, I haven’t met a single unkind employee at any of the stores. The bathrooms are well kept and the escalators and elevators are fully functional.By Mei (5 months ago)I love this mall, but I suggest improvement on the food court, which is right by one of the main entrances. There should be a wider space to walk through to access the inside area of the mall from that entrance. An attractive, plants decorated low wall along the way nesting the dining section would create more coziness, sophistication and privacy to customers dining there as well as the visitors entering through that entrance. Overall, the mall is very nice to visit, with most interesting stores. ??By Paladin9 (2 months ago)We spent 3 1/2 hours at the mall on my son’s 3rd birthday. We went to pick up a bike at Target, then had lunch at the food court, great choices. Our son spent so much time at the play areas the mini carousel only takes dollars or coins and the other set of cars and trucks near Target only take coins as well, so bring cash. Great time!By Sherri Barboza (a month ago)Place is huge with two levels, escalators and an elevator. Place was clean and never mobbed.Parking lot can be very busy. FYE, Game Stop, Lyndt Chocolate and Red Robin I have visited. I think Buffalo ? Wild Wings is the biggest restaurant there. Dairy Queen at the Food Court. Update: Sunday afternoon, August 2021; Carpeted floors on the second level. We visited Macy’s and Target ?It was a nice walk. Massage chairs available. Update: Sunday afternoon, February 2023; My daughter loves the Apple Store! It’s always busy. JC Penney was okay.By Stephen Priest (a month ago)Clean and I like the comfort seating for guest It’s more than enoughBy Stefanus Saputra (3 weeks ago)

- Reviews:I like this mall! It have an amazing playground for kids! The mall is a somewhat smaller than KOP in PA and Christiana Mall in DE. The mall is NH and no tax. A+! The food court are outdated. The food and the restaurants are old! Definitely need to do something about the foot court! The stores have fewer selection compared to Burlington Mall!! Only here when I have to spend more than 600 and save on tax! Overall 8/10, not a bad place to shop!By Liming Chen (3 months ago)It’s a decent mall with some good stores for holiday gifts, it has a Red Robin insideBy Chaz (5 months ago)Well I never been to the mall itself I’ve been on the other side putting up a parking garage for daily precast driving truck for a kit transportation out of Hannacroix New YorkBy Lionel Jenkins (6 months ago)I like this area for shopping. All new complex has been built up around the mall and businesses are starting to open up all the time. And one of the newer Market Basket’s just down the street. All your shopping needs within a 1/2 mile radius. I think it’s going to be a shopping Mecca for all to enjoy.By redladyjd (4 months ago)The mall was clean and various tenants with good clothes. Food courts was good tooBy Stefanus Saputra (2 months ago)

Certainly a very big and well maintained Mall. Plenty of shops inside the Mall to do relaxed shopping. There are sofas across the mall to sit and relax. All major stores like Macy’s, best buy, apple etc., are available to do relaxed shopping. Plenty of car parking. Excellent mall to visit with family. The food court having multiple restaurants but getting vegan is a challenge. All others can enjoy. In food court the tables are comparatively limited. So get a table before your order.
came here before 9am for the grand opening of buff city soap, but before that came for black friday. many stores but the layout of the mall is slightly confusing.
I’ve been to my fair share of malls. I grew up going to this one every weekend with friends. And it is still one of my favorites. It’s not too big, not too small. You can walk in a circle to get to most stores except for a few stray hallways. Solid store selection. There’s usually only 1 or 2 vacant/transitioning stores. Good food selection. Easy parking. And right off the highway. Love it.
Not much of a mall shopper. Between Mall NH and Pheasant Lane I visit 3-4 times a year, if that. Typically I run in to Macy’s or one or two stores for something in particular. Not really a wander around shopper. Nothing too exciting about the mall itself, each store has its own experience. In general mall is in a convenient location, parking is decent. Less mall traffic than Nashua.
The mall itself has the basic mall stores and other cool stores you don’t see at every other mall. all of the sit down restaurants attached are solid 7/10s and overall cleanliness is optimal except the restroom, which I need to make clear is not the malls fault. The people of this mall are ruthless and most of the kids are reckless. We had a shoe thrown at us once. I would recommend the mall people crack down on this issue.
