An awesome space to enjoy the sea, and appreciate the outdoors. There is wheelchair accessible parking conveniently located to the beach and docks. The socks are at a convenient angle so they should be okay to go down with assistance. It is important to be careful for ice or wet surfaces as it can be slippery. It is still a beautiful sight to see and enjoy from the pier. It’s beautiful and the waves from the lake are really nice at night. You can see the most glorious sunsets and beautiful full moons here, a perfect place to have a moment to yourself at night. My puppy experienced her first snow here, as a rescue husky. She adored it^^
Its kinda busy during the day in the summer, but after the sun sets, its one of the best places to have some time for yourself. A good place to take a walk or go to the beaches in the summer-

They were some of the best fireworks I’ve ever seen. It was absolutely packed. There were plenty of food vendors available and Porta-Johns. The town of Burlington did a phenomenal job with the police escort of the city buses back to the university where we parked. Recently stayed Thursday to Saturday. Nice resort, nice surroundings. Went to the water park and had a great time. Unfortunately the last river was closed, but we still enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately some of the restaurants were probably closed due to lack of staff, but those that were open offered good value. Was happy to see free destination EV charging. It was a great choice for a weekend escape out of the city. I enjoyed all the amenities, scenic views, and water park. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. My family and I stayed at the Jays Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely, looking forward to another visit.

Service is rated for those staff we came in contact with while there.The price is a bit excessive given the “main attraction” (lazy river) is closed and there was just one small pool, wave boarding, and 4 water slides open. I understand that workers are hard to come by everywhere right now, so I can appreciate why it was closed, but maybe they should discount the cost of admission when you are missing out on something that literally runs through the entire building and gives access to every area?
We had a cabana and it was okay, probably not worth the cost, but it was neatly kept with plenty of towels and water. The chairs weren’t super comfortable, but there were several of them.
Food is expensive and lots of fried food. There was a wait, BUT there was just one person back there when we arrived to get in line and he was fast and agile at getting so much done for so many until more people showed up to help. He was amazing. High praise for him, his speed, his politeness to everyone (even those who weren’t!), and general praise for his all around awesomeness.
Drinks – we did have a couple of drinks. Alcohol, as expected, was extremely expensive, but the drinks were pretty good. The high cost definitely tinges my perception there.
All in all, a neat day trip, but I probably wouldn’t go again. Nice, but not as nice as it should be for the cost in my opinion.

Amazing experience camping at Grout Pond, Branch Pond, Bourne and Lye Wilderness. Hiking,kayaking ,biking, camping, birdwatching,cooking on a fire pit and of course fishing. Make sure to visit all opportunities to see the mountains from the park and outside. See them from above the treetops and from the towns and river. Visit Mount Equinox, Stratton, the town Manchester and neighboring towns, they are everything we were hoping to find. We have another month in the area and are searching out the many covered bridges and hikes. We are Boondocking in our Class A RV at Winhall Brooke Campground along the West River. All the wildlife in the area speaks volumes to how well this place is kept: owls calling at night, loons calling at sunrise, salamanders outside the bathrooms, and much more. Absolutely amazing place with so much to see, for the young to adults. Grab a map and figure out what’s your move. I found myself having to stop the kids from just running up to an exhibit and touching everything and if it would interact in any ways, and if not then they’d run to the next thing- there is a some of reading involved so you know the instructions before you can do the actual activity for most of them. So, I had to call them back, read the instructions to them, then it was actually a cool thing to do. I have two kids ages 4 & 6. They just wanted to physically do everything without really knowing what they were supposed to be learning about and I tried to explain few things from science prospective. So, adults, keep up and get engaged along with them so they know how to complete the activities and maybe learn something from them.
they have indoor water activity a lot of other play activities including slides and play areas. The aquatic animal exhibit is also awesome. A mesmerizing view of the lake Champlain from this place is so great that you can’t compare with anything else. If you visit this place in the evening he can probably get a chance to take the sunset pictures from upstairs which is breathtaking. There’s a cafe and gift shop. So much to do and see, could be an all day thing if you want to get your money’s worth.

This is a great business to bring kids big and small. Lots of fun exhibits. They have short movies showing often, interactive experiences from natural ecosystems to IT. I recommend looking at the the museum pass that covers other science museums as well. The live animal exhibits are great, and the interactive science displays are interesting, informative, and well made.The whole museum doesn’t take too long, so its a good stop between activities in Burlington.
By Jun Simons (6 months ago)Good place to go while in Burlington. This place isn’t an aquarium. It’s a children’s museum with a water theme. There’s a lot of turtles and some fishes. We liked the 3D show and the demo/class teaching us about rat snakes. The children love the play areas where there are grocery store, cafe, water tables, boats. The grownups enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and enjoying views of the lake. And the soft serve ice cream outside was so good, try the orange flavor! Fantastic ski hill and World Cup is a great time during thanksgiving. The vibe is great and the mountain is huge with plenty of accommodations and food. LOTS OF OUT OF STATE people however, this is a touristy place. If you are looking for quiet, local and friendly go to any other VT or NH hill.
A lot of the black diamonds were closed when we visited but that did not stop us from having a ton of fun on the blues and greens! Killington is about 10 hours from my home and made for a perfect winter vacation. The views on the mountain are beautiful and there are plenty of different trails for different tastes.
No wonder Killington is the Beast of the East! This place is AMAZING! There are so many slopes ranging from easy, indeterminate, to hard, and REALLY HARD!!!

The Beast in various snow conditions. Loved skiing here for the past several years. Hands down one of the best places in VT and the East Coast for getting into moguls, glades and some relaxing groomers at the end of the day. Fun for all skill levels and great for couples, friend groups, kids, and everyone in-between.
Kids were taking ski lessons and we have a couple hours to kill, so we took the gondola (40pp) to a restaurant/pub at the top of the mountain. The views were great and the fireplace kept us warm. In addition, we went on a little hidden magical hike and it was breathtaking.
